Announcing Real Estate Renewal Courses on Foundation Repair and Radon Mitigation

We would love to hear from you, click here to comment!

In my previous blog I said in passing that I received my approval from the Arizona Department of real estate as an instructor for real estate agents to renew their licenses for credit renewal hours.

It is a fairly tedious process to become an approved CEU provider for the Arizona Department of Real Estate and have your courses approved as well. I’m excited to announce that I have hurtled all of those requirements and are now ready to provide education renewal for real estate agents.

The areas that I am an expert in are of course foundation repair and radon mitigation. I have two three-hour courses that I have developed for each of those subjects and will be announcing soon seminars for agents to participate in soon as I work out dates and times for the venues. I will likely be looking for a title company to partner with for the location to hold the seminars. If you have any suggestions at this point I will be happy to take them.

I am also available to come in the mornings and give a mini version for agents so that they can at least be up to speed on how this world works at anyone’s local office.

What will I talk about? I will of course be discussing how to tell if a house has foundation problems, but also perhaps what real estate agents can do to keep their escrow from falling apart should these problems be discovered as well as how to minimize those occurrences before escrow begins .

I will of course also be looking into my crystal ball and seeing where I think the industry is headed on these issues and how real estate agents can be ahead of the curve.

My speaking engagements

We would love to hear from you, click here to comment!

I am excited to announce that I have been confirmed as a speaker at the National Foundation Repair Association annual convention in April of next year to discuss methods of foundation investigations as well as showing how my patented MoistureLevel system works. In addition to that I am speaking at the annual convention of the American Society of Home Inspectors here in Phoenix in October. I have also received my credentials as a CEU provider by the Arizona Department of Real Estate after almost a year of working towards it.

Accepting National Radon Defense Rising Star Award
Last year when I attended the National Foundation Repair Association convention in San Antonio, I casually spoke with a few contractors about my moisture level system and my philosophy about how to diagnose foundation problems. I received a huge amount of interest from just about everyone that I talked to including the current president. As a result they have already engaged me to speak at the next annual event in Dallas.

Most contractors recognize the problems inherent with the foundation repair industry and would like to do something about it but they are not quite sure what to do. Most of them recognize the systems that I am suggesting can help bring the integrity and objectivity back into the homeowner interaction.
In addition… many of them realize the value of having a system that can deal with heave from expansive soils in a productive way, as opposed to ignoring it because in the past they have had nothing to offer for it. Now they don’t have to pretend that this problem doesn’t exist because they have something of value to offer for it.

This in some respects confirms and vindicates I have been saying in these blogs for years. Keep your ears peeled as the revolution begins to take effect.
